Background Story

You have been practicing for the past weeks for your upcoming recital that you have tomorrow morning. It is time to get some rest but you cannot shake the feeling that you are not prepared. You wake up in a dark , abandoned auditorium. Monsters have began attacking you. You need to escape now! 

How to play

Move player: WASD or arrow keys

Shoot Projectile: Left mouse click

Aim/Look around: mouse

Block: E

Player

  • Player starts with a base weapon that shoots projectiles. 

  • Player can upgrade health and projectile damage.

  • Player can receive three power ups: Increase health, enhance player's speed, and enhance player's weapon.

  • Player needs to clear every room and beat the final boss.

​Clarinet

  • Clarinet enemies shoot projectiles

  • Health: Medium

  • Speed: Medium

  • Attack: Low

The clarinet has 3 variants: Tank, Speedy, and Feisty. The Tank Clarinet has increased health, decreased speed, and increased attack,  The Speedy Clarinet has decreased health and increased speed. The Feisty Clarinet has decreased health, decreased speed, and increased attack.

Tambourine​

  • Tambourine enemies do melee damage

  • Health: Low

  • Speed: Fast

  • Attack: Medium

The Tambourine has 3 variants: Tank, Speedy, and Feisty. The Tank Tambourine has increased health, decreased speed, and increased attack,  The Speedy Tambourine has decreased health and increased speed. The Feisty Tambourine has decreased health, decreased speed, and increased attack.

Bagpipe

  • Bagpipe enemies do melee damage

  • Health: High

  • Speed: Slow

  • Attack: High

The Bagpipe has 3 variants: Tank, Speedy, and Feisty. The Tank Bagpipe has increased health, decreased speed, and increased attack,  The Speedy Bagpipe has decreased health and increased speed. The Feisty Bagpipe has decreased health, decreased speed, and increased attack.

Increases Player's speed for a few seconds.

Increases Player's projectile damage for a few seconds. 

Buy Station

The Buy Station spawns after the player clears a room. The Buy Station is a great way to prepare yourself for the incoming hordes of enemies as the game intensifies.  There are 3 buy options: Increase Max Health, Increase Projectile Tier, and buy a Second Chance.

Increase Max Health: Different from the health powerup. The powerup heals your health if you have taken damage. This buy options not only fully heals the player but also increases max health.

​

Increase Projectile Tier:  This buy option increases your projectile damage permanently. There are 3 tiers of projectiles. The first tier is sapphire coated projectile. The second tier is emerald coated projectile. The third tier is amethyst coated projectile. 

​

Second Chance: Buy yourself a second chance. If your health reaches 0, this buy option will fully heal your health and allow you to continue playing.
